In connection with the personal data regulation of 25 May 2018, here you will get an insight into how I use your information and about your rights therefrom.

Data controller


Kit Breitenstein v/ HolisticBalance/ body and mind

- is the data controller for the information that, through me, is received from you. We are therefore responsible for ensuring that your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable legislation.

The purpose of having your personal information
– To book appointments in connection with consultations, remote consultations and participation in courses and workshops.
– To ensure a safe experience with me when storing your audio recording or journal
– To be able to send confirmations and invoices, by telephone and via e-mail.
– To be able to send the audio file to you via your e-mail
- So that you can receive newsletters, if this is desired.

The information that is recorded about you is
– Name (first name, or first name and last name)
– Your email
– Your mobile number
– Your address (only if necessary)
– Your audio recording from your session for up to 5 years from your session

The information that is thereby registered about you is exclusively the information that I have received from you in writing and via audio recording from the session.

Third Party & Disclosure
– Your information will not be passed on to third parties, nor will it be transferred to third countries or international organisations.

Duration of data storage


- I store your personal data for 5 years from the last activity, after which the data is automatically deleted.

Your rights
- You have the right to gain insight into the information that you have registered with us.
– Your information will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- You can have your personal information deleted or corrected at any time.
